Partnership for Good Health (PGH) was established in 2022.  PGH provides compassionate, culturally informed care support to the newest members of our community—offering holistic support that nurtures the physical, emotional, and social well-being of resettled people and families, while empowering and strengthening entire communities.

Partnership for Good Health advances health equity by ensuring individuals can access and navigate healthcare and by removing cultural, language, and systemic barriers through trusted community-based support. 

We envision a community where refugees, immigrants, and migrants can easily access and navigate healthcare and achieve equitable health outcomes in Cuyahoga County.
